Lazy Sundays.
Greetings! It’s been a while since Shane and I got together to show off an outfit together. Timezones are our biggest enemy and it keeps us apart more than we care to admit. It sucks, but when you’re six hours apart from the one you want to be with you have to make due with the time given to you. Today we thought we’d get together and blog two outfits.
There are a lot of new things out on the grid. I don’t think Shane and I have had a chance to shop together, but maybe after I’m done with this, I can convince her to go on a shopping spree with me. Today’s blog shows new things from Tiny Bird, Urbanity, Maitreya, Action, and Insignia.
Also if you didn’t know, Shane is in a band! Her group, Dead Heathers, our back and ready to take over the SL grid by storm. If you’ve never heard of the band, check out their myspace page here. You can also find Shane’s page on it too. She’s a musician.
Anyway, here are the outfits we put together for our Sunday afternoon. I apologize for not getting the pose names written down. My internet has been acting up and I’ve been all over the place today. If you recognize your pose I used, please comment and I’ll credit you ASAP!

Modd G’s has new stuff for you.
I’ve been taking my time lately with the blogs coming out. I realize I get very lazy during the week. The weekend is a time for me to relax and get out a blog or two to keep up with the fashions of SL. It’s always changing. Modd.G has released three new items; two shirts and one dress. Their names are: Chiffon Tier Blouse, Tiger Printed Puff Top, and Mini Lace Dress. For the Chiffon Tier Blouse, I paired it with a white shirt and I’m ready for Spring. The Tiger Print Puff top will look good with a skirt and a high heel or jeans. The dress is best if you only wear one top layer. The skin is an old favorite, Curio. The new releases are for the Existence Lantern Festival, after that it goes back to the stores on the 28th of February.
But wait, there’s more! Modd.G is also a participant for the Stumblebum Brigade. For the following week you’ll be able to buy the Cawww Top and the Seashorts. I was fiddling with my inventory and I saw skin from Amacci and I had to giggle. Shane was walking around with the Felicia skin on and was SO UPSET at how it didn’t look right on her shape. I tried it on and fell in love with it. Thanks Shane for complaining!

Gliteratti’s Pin Up Poses.
Katey Coppola of Glitterati is always creating something for her store. Always! The latest creation for her store is a set of new Pinup poses. There’s a set of 10 poses with some poses having a different animation for the curvier women of sl, (like me!). I thought I’d throw on some Artilleri and show off a six of the available poses you can get. The other four, well you’re going to have to make a trip to her store to see. 😉

Just decided to blog the few things I picked up at the AMAZING Artilleri sale before I leave.
StoRin :: Flowey
It’s been a long week, and I’m not done with working yet. There’s still tomorrow morning. Having to work on a Saturday when you have a standard Monday through Friday job blows, but you have to do what you have to do. This is going to be simple and brief. I was dropped a copy of StoRin’s new dresses called Flowey. The beauty of this dress, for me, is the way it’s made allows you to mix and match it. You can wear just the top. You can wear just the skirt, or my favorite you can mix and match the dresses to create new colors. The colors of the dress are: yellow/blue, red/charcoal, and purple/grey. Anything purple wins for me. There are more layers to mix and match and an optional skirt sculpted layer. These are also no copy/trans to allow you to give them out as Christmas gifts. I recommend buying the fat pack. Therefore you can mix and match!

Adam & Eve: Sasha Skins.
Just in time for the winter, Adam & Eve have released a new face in their skin line, Sasha. Sasha comes with an eyebrow shaper, an optional skin for boobs, freckle skin, and freckle skin with boobs. It also has all of those options with a hair base as well. That’s eight skins in total. There’s an underwear layer for pubic hair as well as a glove and sock layer for nail polish. I’ve always said I love when skin makers make toe nail polish because they know where the textures are in their skin and thus can align it. The tone I’m wearing is: Tone 1 Scarlet.
