Modd G’s has new stuff for you.
I’ve been taking my time lately with the blogs coming out. I realize I get very lazy during the week. The weekend is a time for me to relax and get out a blog or two to keep up with the fashions of SL. It’s always changing. Modd.G has released three new items; two shirts and one dress. Their names are: Chiffon Tier Blouse, Tiger Printed Puff Top, and Mini Lace Dress. For the Chiffon Tier Blouse, I paired it with a white shirt and I’m ready for Spring. The Tiger Print Puff top will look good with a skirt and a high heel or jeans. The dress is best if you only wear one top layer. The skin is an old favorite, Curio. The new releases are for the Existence Lantern Festival, after that it goes back to the stores on the 28th of February.
But wait, there’s more! Modd.G is also a participant for the Stumblebum Brigade. For the following week you’ll be able to buy the Cawww Top and the Seashorts. I was fiddling with my inventory and I saw skin from Amacci and I had to giggle. Shane was walking around with the Felicia skin on and was SO UPSET at how it didn’t look right on her shape. I tried it on and fell in love with it. Thanks Shane for complaining!

I’m like a ringleader, I call the shots.
I’ve been listening to Britney Spears’ “Circus” and it’s a song that goes well with the new items from OMFG, AtomicBambi, Modd G., and a new (to me) skin store called Candydoll. The outfit I’m wearing is from (OMFG) and it’s called Ringleader because the sim the store is on (along with AtomicBambi and a host of others) has a theme called: Le Cirque. You can see the sim kind of in the pictures I took. I would have shot more, but there was a girl on there taking pictures and yeah, kinda awkward. I wish there were stockings that came with this outfit and I wish the hat was wearable.
But I did manage to get some good shots! The shoes are the latest creation from Modd.G. and are called Emily pumps. They are the first shoe creation from the store and they come in six different colors.

Urbanity Skins and Modd.G Eyes.
If I could have a skill on SL it’ll definitely be the ability to make flawless skin. I’ll always admire people who can make skins because I can’t and it takes a lot of dedication and effort. Trixi Wuyts of Urbanity already knows how to create awesome clothes and accessories and decided to tackle on another project: Making skins. There are six skin tones (chocolate, coffee bean, latte, peach, milk, snow white) and there are five make ups with an additional lipstick. Ten skins in total. I’ll show you a few of the different make ups. These skins remind me very much of Pink Fuel, but I love the skin with the bandaid on the nose and the lips. I also used the new release of wolves eyes from Modd.G. Please forgive some of my crazy eyes in this. At the time of creating this post it was 1 am on a work night.

Maybe it’s time for miracles.
I don’t think it’s fair that there are so many awesome things in SL that are out a few weeks before Christmas. SL Designers you’re taking away money I could use for real life gifts for little virtual ones I’ll never come close to touching. Kidding, with that said, Modd G., Sixty Nine, and Anexx all have released things for the fall. Barcode released something last week for winter too, and I’m here to blog all of it. I don’t have gloves in real life, (well gloves I want anyway) but in SL I’m all set for the winter.

Using old things for a new Look of the Day.
I know. I’m slacking today, but here’s the deal; I put together so many things on this outfit that I thought it was cute. Plus I already had most of the things anyway. I’m not a person who likes to wear new things every single time I walk out in SL. I’m not a SL rich person. Sadly. Very sadly. While doing the Invitation Only Hunt, I saw the Madsy store across from Young Urban (I think) and I found this fur gilet. I have one of these IRL that I always wear with black leggings. I found these leggings as a freebee also on the Invitation Only Hunt and decided to build a whole outfit around those two things. I already had everything I needed in my inventory, though I think the boots from Milk Motion would’ve looked better with this outfit, but I’m on a budget! So this is kind of a cop out “Look of the Day,” but at the same time if you’ve been following the blog, you have most of the stuff needed to make this outfit so therefore cheap for you!
New fall/winter items from Modd.G.
I have to say this. I love the way moddishh GossipGirl create her clothes. She has released a few key pieces for the winter in colors that remind me of bubble gum for some reason. It’s good thing, plus they come on different layers which is good. I put a few outfits together to show how you can wear the different styles, but ultimately I’m showcasing her new items that are for sale at her store. I even included the different skins I’m wearing. A first for me.
