T-T-T-Tasty!
I did a blog a loooong time ago about Tasty and the one gripe I had was the fact they didn’t put things on multiple layers!! Instead of getting upset by that criticism, the owner thought it was good idea and viola! Her new releases come on all layers! Thank you so much to the time and effort. I know it takes a LOT to do it on different layers so your time is very much appreciated with me ❤ There are new items such as Sample Tees, Loosy Hoodies, Royale Boots, and a Daisy Unitard. Personally my favorite of the four releases are the hoodies. They come with prim attachments and I've been on a hoodie kick. I also love the boots. Check out the next picture for of a preview. It’s a nice day to start again.
I don’t wear a lot of sexy outfits. I don’t consider myself a sexy avatar at all, but there times when sexy items fall into my lap and I try to piece them together the best way I know possible. I’m going to even include links in this one. Plastik’s new collar releases left me kind of perplexed because I didn’t know what to do with them. I’m so sorry. Then the new shirt release from Boom came my way and I thought this could work. This could definitely work. All I needed was a skirt that can match the overall top sexiness I had going on and Luck Inc never fails on that department. It’s not a usual look for me, but I thought why not. Let’s do something different. Let’s go bold. Also the weekend also means new items from Fri.Day, but we’ll get to that later, let’s get to those SLURLS I’ve been slacking with. Urbanity’s Wool Dresses.
As I pray for the winter to be over, Urbanity draws me back in with their new Wool Dress. It fits your avatar’s curves like a glove while keeping you covered. There’s also a scarf to come with each dress. I chose the black dress because I finally found the boots I’ve been scouring SL for. Actually I found it on a girl and inspected her. I know, I’m bad. And also, did you know Fri.Day has poses you can get their for all of your picture taking needs? I’ve been meaning to mention the poses and in a different entry I probably will, but the poses I use for this post are all from Fri.Day and they’re reasonable priced too. I look at the world and I notice it’s turning.
This outfit was something I put together fairly easy. Lelutka released new hair and while I was really thrilled, only one hair from the new released looked alright on me. There was a new high waisted skirt from Luck Inc, and after a trip to Sheer for the right stockings and after finding this top from Sweetest Goodbye, the look came together. All I needed was a good purse to match the band in the skirt, and that was when I hopped over to Tres Blah. Fortunately the purse was modifiable and I was able to tint it to my best ability.
New Items at Lelutka.
When Azufr3 Catteneo of LeLutka passed me the new items at Lelutka, my jaw dropped. I thought he only made clothes for males and therefore I was kind of shocked to see that he was passing me something. He’s coming out with an assortment of coats, which is probably one of my favorite accessory to have in SL. What I like most about the coats is that like all coats in Letluka, it comes with an AO that’s specifically used for wearing the coat. I really like that. Not only did he create new coats, but there are also pants and a corset. I didn’t want to make this entry too picture oriented so I decided to leave the corset and pants out, but it doesn’t mean I’m not going to use the items for another post. I matched a lot of old items with the new jackets.
I decided to get out of the four walls of my skybox and take my pictures on a sim. Shane and I have been doing a lot of exploring and there are some great sims out there that are perfect for picture taking! If only I can stop crashing and if only I can figure out why my shadows are all over the place when I click “basic shaders.” I suppose it all means I need a new graphics card, but this computer is just a year and a couple months old. Oh well. Hope you enjoy the scenery. Chances are I’ll be behind a white wall next time. Maybe. I did have fun doing this!
Rockberry Jules Skin.
I was recently passed just a sample of the new face from Rockberry. I haven’t worn a Rockberry skin in a while, but when I went to clean out my inventory, I realized I had one of their skins (Uma) and I was pleasantly pleased to see how it looked on me. So I was really curious to find out what the new face, Jules, would look like on me. Since there’s only one skin, I thought I’d play with the garage set that was passed to me from Katey Coppola of Gliteratti. I’ll definitely be playing in the garage more to take some pictures.
Maybe it’s time for miracles.
I don’t think it’s fair that there are so many awesome things in SL that are out a few weeks before Christmas. SL Designers you’re taking away money I could use for real life gifts for little virtual ones I’ll never come close to touching. Kidding, with that said, Modd G., Sixty Nine, and Anexx all have released things for the fall. Barcode released something last week for winter too, and I’m here to blog all of it. I don’t have gloves in real life, (well gloves I want anyway) but in SL I’m all set for the winter.
