Lazy Sundays.
Greetings! It’s been a while since Shane and I got together to show off an outfit together. Timezones are our biggest enemy and it keeps us apart more than we care to admit. It sucks, but when you’re six hours apart from the one you want to be with you have to make due with the time given to you. Today we thought we’d get together and blog two outfits.
There are a lot of new things out on the grid. I don’t think Shane and I have had a chance to shop together, but maybe after I’m done with this, I can convince her to go on a shopping spree with me. Today’s blog shows new things from Tiny Bird, Urbanity, Maitreya, Action, and Insignia.
Also if you didn’t know, Shane is in a band! Her group, Dead Heathers, our back and ready to take over the SL grid by storm. If you’ve never heard of the band, check out their myspace page here. You can also find Shane’s page on it too. She’s a musician.
Anyway, here are the outfits we put together for our Sunday afternoon. I apologize for not getting the pose names written down. My internet has been acting up and I’ve been all over the place today. If you recognize your pose I used, please comment and I’ll credit you ASAP!

Jewelery and the poses for them.

I don’t want to say Katey Coppola was the first to create jewelery poses, but I can’t say I remember seeing any poses. If you know of someone else who makes jewelery poses, please point me in their direction. The poses I’m using for the following pictures are from the Pose Fair at the Glitterati stand.
I’m going to feature three stores: AlaMood, Garage, and Tik Tok. I hope you enjoy all of the jewelery here as well as the poses. Also, the hair I’m wearing in this post is from Tiny Bird. It’s an old 50L Friday hair and I’m not entirely sure if it’s still at the store. The skin is a group gift from a new store called !Imabee. It’s worth checking out. I looked at the notices and the owner is working very hard to make his skins be the best they possibly can be. I haven’t got the chance to look around it completely, but I like what I see so far.

New Items at Lelutka.
When Azufr3 Catteneo of LeLutka passed me the new items at Lelutka, my jaw dropped. I thought he only made clothes for males and therefore I was kind of shocked to see that he was passing me something. He’s coming out with an assortment of coats, which is probably one of my favorite accessory to have in SL. What I like most about the coats is that like all coats in Letluka, it comes with an AO that’s specifically used for wearing the coat. I really like that. Not only did he create new coats, but there are also pants and a corset. I didn’t want to make this entry too picture oriented so I decided to leave the corset and pants out, but it doesn’t mean I’m not going to use the items for another post. I matched a lot of old items with the new jackets.
I decided to get out of the four walls of my skybox and take my pictures on a sim. Shane and I have been doing a lot of exploring and there are some great sims out there that are perfect for picture taking! If only I can stop crashing and if only I can figure out why my shadows are all over the place when I click “basic shaders.” I suppose it all means I need a new graphics card, but this computer is just a year and a couple months old. Oh well. Hope you enjoy the scenery. Chances are I’ll be behind a white wall next time. Maybe. I did have fun doing this!

Babyhoney Bailey has been designing things since she started SL over two years ago. She’s gone from building to creating clothes and now she’s creating skins. She was awesome enough to drop me a blogger’s pack of her new skins and let me tell you, they’re so many skins at her store that it’s really hard do an entire post to cover it. I’d be here forever and you’d be reading forever!
Let me tell you about the skins she has been working on. I hope I get all of this right. There are three skin tones. There are also four (brown, red, black, blonde) brow options. There are also 100 make up options for each brow, plus a freckled version and a shaved version which is good for when you want to wear low cut jeans. Each brow option has 10 eye shadows. You also have five choices for lip gloss to go with the eye shadow. You get twenty optional skins in one pack and one pack costs $1500L. Let me run that again. If you get a skin in a pale tone with blonde eyebrows and the eyeshadow is green. You’ll get five lip colors to go with the bare, freckled, shaved, shaved and freckled option. Twenty skins. Yeah that’s about right. All of that for 1500L?
I took a couple of pictures to show you some of the make up options you can get with the Mua skin by Babyhoney, but ultimately you should go to the store and try on a demo yourself.
Aimesi and Cynful
It’s a lazy day, as usual. It’s Friday and currently I don’t have anything to do for four days. I’m taking a short vacation from RL and of course I don’t have any money. I have plenty of linden so I’ll have to get all of the shopping I want to do through second life. Currently, Shane’s in my ear playing the piano and singing (she’s a SL musician y’all! You have to hear her. ;)) and I thought this would be a good time to blog. Gogo invited me and a few bloggers and designers to her new group. This group is for designers to pass out previews of their up and coming item for sale for the bloggers to blog. Well, I’m a blogger (that still makes me laugh to say that.) and I thought I’d show off the goods. Right this way.

My new favorite store.
Today I’m going to bring featuring two things from my new favorite store, MNK* Shop. I swear Japan Shops on SL have the best things out there. For example, I found a dress in there that you can wear many different ways.
